Are there any people who consistently make 7 figures every year solely from DraftKings/Fantasy Football/other types of highly specialized fantasy football betting? I’ve heard of people who make low 6 figures doing it as a living. I don’t know much about this type of betting but I’d imagine this is definitely feasible, especially if you’re willing to commit 40+ hours doing research per week and put a cumulative amount of $5,000-$10,000 into different pools each season and have some skill, but is anyone aware of anyone who consistently makes over a million per year purely on DraftKings/different fantasy football betting sites/indexes?

I know a couple pro DFS players. Consistently make a strong 6 figures each year. It's a numbers and discipline game. Spend money to make money. They know their stuff but it's more about having the capital to make that risk.

Approximately much do they spend each season on placing bets/entering pools in DFS? I’m guessing that’s what you’re referring to when you say “spending money.”

I am not sure, but max out on all the big tournaments on Draft Kings and fan Duel. So like 150+ lineups per, at $20 a pop. They say it is really, really hard even with 150 lineups, spread sheets, calculators, etc. To place top 10 or 5 in a big tourney. I'm guessing they put up tens of thousands each week to hopefully hit a few $k on some an maybe a big one ($10k+).

7 figures gross, there's no way to really no how much is profit.

Several of the guys at the top of the year long leaderboards have "retired", which many are speculating is because their actual profits were in the red even with such a high gross.

An older article, where some claim to risk 6 figures each day and millions per year. They're called "sharks" and make up about 5% of DFS.

Bear in mind, these guys are most likely not fantasy football guys, just math whizzes and other numbers guy trying to game the system. They probably couldn't tell Peyton from Eli Manning.

Exactly right. I’ve read stories of different people creating their own software, etc. to figure out the probabilities and such.
