Mahomes just threw an 89-yard TD for his 50th of the year!

Can't wait for the haters to come back next year and point to his regression to 40 TDMultiple Scorgasms wrote: ↑Sun Dec 30, 2018 4:16 pm Mahomes just threw an 89-yard TD for his 50th of the year!

Re: Week 17/XVII Discussion
Watching this Broncos game has me worried about Sutton. A drop, and some struggles getting open. I think Keenum plays it incredibly safe for the most part, but still he needs to get better separation

And they will still be one & done in the playoffs.Multiple Scorgasms wrote: ↑Sun Dec 30, 2018 4:16 pm Mahomes just threw an 89-yard TD for his 50th of the year!

Impressive statistical year, regardless.
I do not think he is "MVP" in the true sense of "most valuable player" - but I think he will win the award.

I’d sell my soul to get that guy right now. Loved him in college and me and my friend thought he looked like Brett Favre, but I never imagined him being this good. CrazyMultiple Scorgasms wrote: ↑Sun Dec 30, 2018 4:16 pm Mahomes just threw an 89-yard TD for his 50th of the year!

Odds are good that he will regress. That doesn't make anyone a hater.Jigga94 wrote: ↑Sun Dec 30, 2018 4:19 pmCan't wait for the haters to come back next year and point to his regression to 40 TDMultiple Scorgasms wrote: ↑Sun Dec 30, 2018 4:16 pm Mahomes just threw an 89-yard TD for his 50th of the year!

Not all that counts can be counted. Not all that can be counted counts.

Re: Week 17/XVII Discussion
He's even MORE of the MVP in the literal sense than he is in terms of the usual criteria. Whoever you want to pretend is doing more to help their team with less, it's wrong. This Chiefs D is historically bad and Mahomes has carried them to the #1 seed. And the whole "KC's offense is so loaded" thing is a distant memory. Right now he's throwing a bunch of his passes to trash like Chris Conley, DeMarcus Robinson and Kelvin freaking Benjamin.Phaded wrote: ↑Sun Dec 30, 2018 4:22 pmAnd they will still be one & done in the playoffs.Multiple Scorgasms wrote: ↑Sun Dec 30, 2018 4:16 pm Mahomes just threw an 89-yard TD for his 50th of the year!

Luck? I like Luck, but he needs to eek out a win against Blaine Gabbert to sneak in at #6 with a decent defense, decent weapons and an elite OL. Get outta here. It's not even remotely close.

Re: Week 17/XVII Discussion
The separation or lack thereof is one of my biggest knocks on him. It's impressive when he goes up and gets it... But it would be a lot cooler if he was open.alewilliam789 wrote: ↑Sun Dec 30, 2018 4:21 pm Watching this Broncos game has me worried about Sutton. A drop, and some struggles getting open. I know he was a top 3 WR this year. My 3rd behind Moore and Ridley, so I'm surprised to see people highest on him of the 3. Ridley and Moore have produced more. Strange to me. Is it because his situation has become better? Thats not a good way to bet on players

Wow, the run blocking by Seattle's OL on that Carson run, wow. That look like Alabama vs Appalachian St.

Re: Week 17/XVII Discussion
Right now I’d much prefer Ridley over Sutton because of Ridley’s route running, but we will see. It’s not like Sutton doesn’t get separation at all, but he absolutely needs to improve his timing and in the nuances of selling his routes. I’m sure he’s demoralized by playing with Keenum, but he should be playing better.Jigga94 wrote: ↑Sun Dec 30, 2018 4:30 pmThe separation or lack thereof is one of my biggest knocks on him. Josh Adams staying in bounds and falling to ground instead of risking being stripped of ball on 2 successive first down plays; looking wise beyond his experience.
