bleep Ertz. I'm biased since he crushed me with his 40 point week, and is burying me again in the championship round.

I'm still on the boycott train against the TE position. Only Kelce and Ertz are relevant and they have more power at a position where you start 1. Whereas there is more point spread with multiple spots for WR and RB that have many options.

Could you imagine if Aaron Rodgers and Patrick Mohomes scored what they did but the other 30 starting QBs barely scored above 8 points per game?

All the more reason to get a good TE

So Kelce or Ertz.

No owner is selling for a payable price.

Theirs a tier of Kittle Henry Howard Njoku and Rudolph that are all decent options in my opinion. Don't have to pay much for them probably. It's a pretty lazy point of view to just get rid of the position

I'd rather there be a flex spot in place of it.

Marlon Mack was a surprise pick up. Not so hot in the finals, but he won me several weeks.

Boyd had a complete turn around season and helped multiple weeks.

Lockett was a big help in spot starts here and there as I suffered through injuries to Cook and Fournette.

Conner was a WW pick up for me. Didn’t think he would do what he did all season. Kept my RBs afloat and then some.

Playoffs and championship heroes were Carson and Damien Williams. Didn’t see that coming

For me it's Big Ben. I had a title-favorite core of Gurley/Brown/OBJ/Cooks/Gronk but needed to fix my QB situation. It's a salary cap league where we have UFA bidding, and I was high on both Jimmy G and Cam Newton. The bidding was getting expensive and I didn't have the most cap room so I made a play trading essentially nothing to the Big Ben owner, who was my only competition in the Jimmy G bidding, so that that owner could sign Jimmy G to a long-term deal while getting out of Ben's cap hit. I was happy enough how it turned out at the time but not crazy about it - figured Ben should have a typical lower-top 10 type season, and I don't have any QB signed beyond this year. But the majority of my team are on expiring deals so it was basically a win-or-bust scenario anyway.

Well, Ben finished as the #2 overall scoring player in the league behind only Mahomes, and we know what happened to Jimmy and Cam. With Gurley missing the title game and Gronk's 0, Ben and Brown really stepped up huge for me. I don't know if I win the title without him. I definitely don't without some of the waiver wire guys I added (MVS earlier in the year, Damien Williams late) - but they don't count IMO.

Not for the entire season obviously, but both Doug Baldwin and Larry Fitzgerald were pretty unexpected playoff heroes for me on multiple teams. They stepped up for the likes of Conner, Gurley, Hunt and AJ Green and it couldn't have gone better.
