As an owner of Winston in both of my leagues - I would be pumped if the Bucs landed Arians.
I've long said that Winston has a ton of talent and if he can land a great coach, it could really strengthen his development. Winston has things that need to be fixed - but they are very fixable.

.
Matt LaFleur named the Green Bay Packers head coach.

"Now, LaFleur becomes the man in charge of the Packers, with the No. 1 task of working with, and getting the most out of, quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Rodgers is only four years younger than his new coach."

"In choosing Matt LaFleur, the Packers are seeking their verson of Sean McVay".

As a Adam Jones owner not sure how I feel about this. Titans offense was offensive this year.
In too many leagues to list players. Check out my Dynasty Deep Dive!

Pacman? I think you mean Aaron Jones? I largely agree. No idea how teams were looking at Lafleur as a guy ready to take the next step.

Been wrong before, but as a Vikings fan and not owning a packer player in my dynasty/keeper leagues this year, I’m happy with LaFleur.

This is the guy that took how long to figure out the titans were 18-1 or some silly number when Derrick Henry had a measly 50 yards, right? Obviously mariota to Rodgers gives him a boost, so maybe... but man I just don’t see it.

As a Titans fan, you're view of Lafleur will be directly linked to your view of Mariota. If you're still a Mariota truther, then you think Lafleur isn't very good. If you don't believe in Mariota as a franchise QB, there are plenty of NextGen stats that show the WRs being open at an extremely high rate. I know the Titans were 2nd in this category 13 games into the season, so I imagine they stayed top 5 at least.

I personally didnt think Lafleur was ready, however, he didnt have much to work with in TN.

He chose Mahomes over Mayfield and Webb. That’s all I know.

He's very notable for running the Air Raid offense, which is starting to takeover the NFL. Andy Reid is using some of those concepts.

As a college coach, he was the OC or HC for

- Case Keenum's crazy numbers in Houston
- Johnny Manziel's freshman season in 2012 at Texas A&M
- Patrick Mahomes success at Texas Tech

Basically, if you're a fan of Josh Rosen...Kingsbury might make him one of the most improved QB's next season. If the Cardinals can improve their offensive line and Kingsbury's stuff translates, they could be one of the must-watch offenses in the league.

Rosen is a statue. Isn't his offense designed for a more mobile QB? Genuinely curious.

Not necessarily. Jared Goff ran Air Raid in college and was really good doing it. In the NFL last season, Ryan Fitzpatrick and Jameis Winston both were in an offense with Air Raid concepts. Todd Monken (Bucs OC) is big on it.

It's interesting, because at one point NFL OC's and coaches swore against using college concepts. Now, it's become pretty common to see these in the NFL.
