I know I know. It’s off topic. But it’s worth the 1 minute of your life that you won’t get back.

Flossing is bad for your back... This better not land him on IR.

I went to school with Britton. He was a teammate of mine on our middle-school 'A-team' for soccer. We won the city championship that year. He was good (had to be to make the A-team), but I was a lot better than him at soccer.

None of us kids knew his dad was tutoring him and his brother at punting practically from the crib. In hindsight, I think competitive club soccer for Britton and Dustin was just side-exercise to improve their leg strength. When we got to high-school, he didn't even try out for its state championship winning soccer team and immediately joined the football team as a punter and kicker.

Seems to me many NFL punters/kickers end up going that route as a plan B when they turn out to be nothing special at soccer. The Colquitt family quietly subverted that paradigm. Iirc, the brothers didn't even play on an organized youth football team before high-school, and yet punting was always their long-term plan.

I went to high school with a guy who turned into an NFL kicker - Rhys Lloyd - and it was the same story. But maybe the reason this guy struggled at soccer was because of his build (Height: 5 ft 11 in, Weight: 238 lb)

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhys_Lloy ... _football)

In 2003, when when he was at the University of MN the Gophers were playing the Wisconsin Badgers and the game came down to a field goal as time expired. Local legend has it that the head coach told Rhys "You make this field goal and I'll buy you all of the pizza you can eat." The rest is history.

Sometimes all it takes to be a good leader is knowing how to motivate people.
