So I'm in a heavy dynasty league with 25 keepers. 1QB/3RB/5WR/2TE/3FLEX/1DEF

When we had the start up draft, I only went for young players (max 26 years old).
My team was players like; DJ, Gordon, Hill, Kelce, Cooks, Carr, Hurns, Wentz, Goff and Funchess.

They got me to a 3-11 start and the 1.02. (DJ monster season)

I was like, he's problably never gonna do that again, and my team was still rubish, so i went bonkers.

I traded:

DJ, Gordon, Hill, Kelce, Cooks, Carr and also Funchess among others.

2017 Draft
I had 8 of the first 25 picks.
I got C. Davis, K. Hunt, Perine, J. Williams, Z Jones, Juju, J. Conner, G. Kittle and many others

J. Williams was used in a trade to move up in the 2018 draft.

2018 Draft
I had 7 of the first 25 picks.
I got Barkley, Jones II, Penny, Guice, J. Ross (who was dropped somehow), DJ Chark, TreQuan Smith, D. Pettis and many others

Jones II was used in a trade to get Njoku.
Conner was used to get Golladay and a 2020 1st (likely late)
My own 2019 was used to get OJ Howard.

I got 2 x 1st going into the 2019 Draft.
One is from the last winner, he is now 0-5 and the other will also be one of the 5 best picks.

I really hope the 2019 draft will feature some good Wr, otherwise im gonna trade one or both picks once Rookie fever hits, and maybe strike gold in the deeper 2020 draft..

My team is below. What do you think so far ? What would you do to finish the rebuilding and become a contender.

Is this a SF league? If not there is no reason to roster 4 QBs. If you end up with 2 top 5 picks in 2019, use one of them plus either Wentz or Goff to try and get an elite WR from someone who isn't a contender. That would be my first move.

Yes.
I always try to get the next young QB Late when I draft, then I flip them or keep them if they get to a Wentz, Goff level..

From the info you have given, I think I would almost rather still have your start-up draft, with the exception of Barkley.

Gordon over Hunt.
Hill and cooks over Davis and juju
Kelce over Njoku
