Your Best Rookie Draft

I went full rebuild and hit on three straight drafts.

2013 - Hopkins 1.03, K Allen 3.01, Kelce 4.01
2014 - Evan 1.02, Cooks 1.03, Ebron 1.07, M Lee 2.02
2015 - Gurley 1.02, DJ 2.05

Most of them are still on the team except DJ and Cooks which I moved in deal for Rodgers...while they were still young

I'm starting a heavy rebuild in my other team, hopefully I do as well as I did with Zo Nasty

3rd year in the league, so I have only had 2 rookie/ FA drafts.

2017:
1.6- Mixon
1.9- Njoku
2.6- Mahomes
2.9- Kamara

2018:
1.1- Barkley
2.4- Burton (I know he isn't a rookie though)
2.7- Sutton

Wow - nice! The number of owners banging their heads is likely causing a rash of concussion visits to the hospital! Btw would love to hear how you got the 1.01 since I would be surprised you earned it with Kamara on your roster.

Well 8 teams make the playoffs in our league (12 teams total). I finished with a 6-7 record and finished 9th overall, so just missing the playoffs. The 4 teams that miss playoffs have a consolation bracket and the winner of that gets 1.01, which of course ended up being me. I was hit pretty hard by injuries last year and had a large majority of my roster that under performed.

My overall roster wasn't very good last year. I mean week 1 last year my lineup was Palmer, D Murray, J Howard, Abdullah, Cooper, M Bryant, Eifert, Tucker, Falcons D. So as you can tell not good. Of course that was before Kamara took off. I really didn't start Kamara until like week 7 last year. I made some good trades that has helped my team a lot, plus some really good draft picks as you can see. Kinda interesting to look back at week 1 from last year and look at it now, and see how much better it has gotten since then.

I blew up my team in 2016 and just about every pick panned out. Finished 10th last year, I'm undefeated this year.

Thanks. I was surprised on both of those. I will admit that I wasn't a big fan of Kamara coming out of college, but decided to take him at that pick, because I couldn't pass up him up the value there. I honestly thought that Sutton would be gone in the 1st round and I took a bit of a gamble taking Burton over him at 2.4 (guy with picks 2.5 and 2.6 was awful at TE, so I knew he'd take Burton and I bought into the hype on him this offseason). So I was pleasantly surprised that he was still there at 2.7.
