Corey Grant was put on IR......
Charles can fill in the same role as Grant, I do not see this in any way related to Fournette.

Despite limited usage, he was the best back in Denver. That would likely still be true this season...

Yeah why Denver didn't use him more...and why he didn't get signed by the Redskins...and how he sat in free agency this long...I don't get. The last time we saw him, he still looked good.

Demarco Murray couldn't get work either and Darkwa is still available. Just not a lot of demand for running backs that aren't getting paid the rookie minimum.

This isn't just true for running backs. We go thru this every off season about free agents and why they aren't getting signed despite being better than so-and-so who just was... It's money. Always about money. With these guys at the last stage of their careers, they have to be willing to accept veteran minimum pay.
