Who is the Green Bay WR to stash for 2019?
So it looks like Cobb won't be in Green Bay after this season, and who even knows for portions of this season. His play has dropped off, and he's already injured and in danger of missing week 4.
With that said, say all the other GB WRs (not including Allison) were on the waiver wire, which one do you pick to stash for 2019? Why do you pick that player over the others? do they fill Cobb's slot role better than the others?
To refresh, you're options are: Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Equanimeous St. Brown, J'Mon Moore.
Looking forwards to hearing everyone's replies.

Easily MSV. The most naturally-gifted athlete of the three; he turned the most heads in training camp; and he is the only one who is active on gamedays -- granted, for special teams (but he has been AWESOME on that unit). Considering they are all late-round picks, there's no issue of draft pedigree. Easily MSV.

Re: Who is the Green Bay WR to stash for 2019?
Personally I feel like it's MVS. This is my rationale:
- Only MVS and ESB have been active out of the three on game days thus far.
- Only MVS has seen targets (albeit minimal).
- MVS is better at something than all the other WRs - top end speed. Guy ran a 4.37 40 time, that's legit.
Additionally, McCarthy like his work on ST. Take this quote from the Washington game:
The one thing that might throw a wrench into the MVS succession plan, is I think J'Mon Moore is more suited to play the slot.
Anyways, that's all I got. Here's hoping MVS isn't just another stud STer with minimal WR upside like Janis.

While that is just about special teams, they're going to reward the guys that are putting in the work and helping the team.“If we would have won the game, he would have had the game ball for special teams,” coach Mike McCarthy said Monday. “I think that in itself tells you how we felt about his performance.”

This is the 1,000,000 question isn't it. I'd be trying for Allison personally.

I'm guessing they draft a WR in the Top 3 rounds. So, whoever that guy is.

Re: Who is the Green Bay WR to stash for 2019?
I agree with this. T. Davis was drafted by the Packers (in 2016) and no one wants to think he's a keeper, so I'm not sure what makes any 3 of these WRs have any greater potential. If there was an option for none, I would have voted for that. But stashing any of them at the right price can't hurt, especially if you place them on a taxi squad. Never know what will happen, but I'd bet either a FA signing or a day 2 WR is drafted next year.Cameron Giles wrote: ↑Fri Sep 28, 2018 11:09 am I'm guessing they draft a WR in the Top 3 rounds. Re: Who is the Green Bay WR to stash for 2019?
Pretty sure Allison is an FA as well after this season, so you could see two open slots. I suspect Green Bay will bring him back, but he could get greedy. To me, a deep speed guy would be valuable, but not really out of the slot. Moore had the highest draft value, so I'll go with him.

I'm goin other- Jake Kumerow. The fact he's on IR currently makes this the best choice from a cost and roster use angle.

Re: Who is the Green Bay WR to stash for 2019?
Cobb out today. Geronimo moves up to 2. I'm hearing MVS is getting 1st crack at the 3?
Re: Who is the Green Bay WR to stash for 2019?
I’m stashing MVS and Moore just in case. Not enough room for ESB but it seems he’s fallen firmly to 3rd in the pecking order.
Re: Who is the Green Bay WR to stash for 2019?
Crazy to think there are 6 rosterable WR from one team. I only own Adams in a redraft, but have been picking up MVS where I can in dynasty.
Will he interesting to see who is out and which rookie will step up
