Fournette caught 36 of 48 passes in his rookie year. 75% catch rate and 8.3 YPC don't exactly equate to "deficiencies as a receiver". Maybe this fallacy stems from the contrasted receiving production expectations vs the elite pass catching RB's - Bell, Kamara, DJ, etc. It's fair to point out Lenny didn't hit that his rookie year. Then again, neither did Bell in his rookie year (45 of 66 - 68% catch rate and 9.0 YPC).

I do share the injury concerns though. Honestly, I've just baked that into the cost of owning Fournette. Betting there are plenty of monster weeks coming this year, including yes... some monster receiving production.

As a Fournette owner, I'm not sure what do with him really. I'd like to think that holding steady is the way to go but sitting at 2-2, I'm gonna start needing some RB production - frankly I'm needing more production lineup wide - to keep up with the teams that have solid RB2s producing even minimally.

You just have to accept you will not be getting 16 games out of him.

You should be able to get a high 1st+.

If you are competing and you can identify a team who's out of it & building for next year, then you can probably do some business. Maybe you can get a Theilen or AJG sorta player for him I'm guessing?

It will be so much fun when the player you trade him for also has a hamstring injury. Injuries are apart of the game, you just have to deal with it. I wouldn't be so quick to trade a high-end 23-year-old RB1. All you're going to get now are lowball offers anyway.

I just got him for what I consider to be a crazy steal. It is the team in my 2nd signature, may make it into the playoffs this year but built more for next year and beyond.

Injuries are part of the game. But when a guy is consistently dinged up, missing a handful of games, and never quite living up to his billing, it's fair to question his value. He's still talented, but he's definitely losing value by playing dinged up and missing other games.
