Nabbed his as WR 5 behind Green, Landry, Agholor and Godwin in this summer's startup.
I wouldn't quite label him a plug and play WR 2 but I think he's a solid plug and play WR 3-Flex in any PPR leagues.

Wish I owned him. It appears I missed on this player like everyone else but the jags. He doesn't look special but he is certainly playing like he is.

I like both WRs. I'd try to trade one of your back end RBs.......Foreman, Smallwood or Chase. Maybe Ito but he's worth slightly more than those three.

I think Cody Kessler would downgrade Westbrook and Chark, and upgrade Moncrief and Cole. Kessler's a fundamentally sound QB that goes through his progressions and finds the open man, but his arm-talent is below the NFL standard. I think Cole would benefit from a vertically limited but otherwise competent QB like Kessler.
