So what's to think of this guy? Had him stashed on my taxi but wondering if I should break him loose or what his value would be in a trade? How high is his ceiling?

I've said it before and I'll say it again - he has a ton of potential.
Ceiling for a career? Maybe a WR2 type.
Ceiling in Jacksonville? Probably a WR3 type.

I would agree with this. Westbrook has a noteworthiness to him, but that stems from his collegiate production. Worth a roster spot and may be useful come bye weeks, but doubtful you'll every be pumped about ever starting him.

I think this guy has a lot of skill. I think in Jacksonville his upside will be limited but I think he can end up being a solid WR2. Type of player in dynasty you don't trade because you won't get fair value for him currently IMO.
