I paired Breida, Moncrief and Jesse James for a 1st. In the midst of a major rebuild, so hopefully it all works out.

I need RBs, so I wouldn't move Breida for a future 2nd, but for Sutton I'd take that offer. Great job!

This is also an excellent use of Breida.

I just don't see long-term upside with Breida, but I guess if he proves himself this year, and opportunity is king, then that narrative may change. And in PPR, I'd' imagine an RB2 season this year is not out of the question with SF seeming to be set up to play from behind quite a few times this year. Standard scoring less valuable. I'm glad I have a couple shares. Grabbing the McKinnon handcuff paying off atm.

Sold Breida + Ridley + 2nd for Allen Robinson. I think Breida is holding a late 1st value in that trade (since I'd value A-Rob at two late 1sts and a 2nd).
Team 1 (QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, TE, 3 Flex, 1 Super Flex || Best Ball PPR, TE Premium (1.5) || 12 tm , 35 roster, 5 taxi)
QB: Luck, Stafford, Taylor, Brissett, Kaepernick
RB: Hunt, Kamara, D. Martin, M Mack, D. Washington, R. Jodgers, Rod SMith, W. Gallman, B Cunningham
WR: C Davis, D. Thomas, Tate, M Jones, Shepard, R. Anderson, T. Ginn, J Mathews, P. Richardson, M. Sanu, Terrance Williams, Tyrell Williams
TE: Ertz, Doyle, Ebron, Brate, OJ Howard

Team 2 (QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, TE 2 Flex) || 10 tm PPR
QB: Rodgers, Staford, Roethlisberger, Dalton
RB: Elliott, Gordon, Freeman, Mixon , Martin, McFadden, B Oliver, J Rodgers, Rod Smith, Terrance West, Woodhead
WR: A brown, J Jones, Baldwin, Juju, Crabtree, Ginn, Hurns, Ross, M. Wallace
TE: Engram, D. Walker, B. Watson

As a Lions fan, this is my thought.

As a Breida owner, albeit in one league, he is my RB3 on that squad and have been trying to package him with other guys for an upgrade. No one has taken the bait yet.

I guess. Even taking away that carry he was averaging over 5 YPC. Taking away a players big plays never made much sense to me. Without those 1 yard TDs Gurley would have been a bust too.

Point is that one play against a terrible run D is 40% of his production so far this season. It's still early in the season and we've only seen 22 carries from him so it's just tough to judge what he's going to do RoS from that. Also there's a difference between taking away Breida's one big play and taking away 1 yard TDs from a running back whose team consistently hands the ball off to him in goal line situations. Those scenarios are far more reliable than 60+ yard TDs.

I shipped Breida, Agholor, 19 late 1st for Allen Robinson and 19 early 2nd. I'm happy with it. He was refusing outright until breida popped off. He asked for him to be included, I asked for a second. But I think Breida is holding first round value in this.

Crowell found the sideline late in a 24 point game with 9 defenders in the box. Breida, in a 1 score game went through the tackles then maneuvered through the secondary. One required actual moves and setting up blockers, hardly any comparison. He also had 2 other 20+ yard runs.

People don't want Breida to be legit or have value, but we are ready to proclaim Lindsay the back to "own" in Denver.

So funny

Jealous much? Of course you are.

(Insert Clever Team Name That May Contain Sexual Innuendo)
A bunch of league settings you won't read anyways....numbers and such

QB - A guy with only one or two good years left in the tank
RB1 - A guy who stands charged with several minor crimes (Guilty until proven, right?)
RB2 - Young guy that is only good because of his offensive line and workload
WR1 - A guy whose metrics make up for his stone hands
WR2 - A dude who is probably too short to catch the ball
TE - This guy played basketball, right?
DEF & K - I guess we are still doing this .. :wall: ...

Price check on Matt Breida...

Does he further establish himself as the RB to own in San Fran, or is he just a short-term placeholder?

In other words...are we buying at current cost, or selling?
