I think almost any change at this point, is better than status quo.JFever wrote: ↑Tue Sep 18, 2018 8:48 amlilpuppy99 wrote: ↑Mon Sep 17, 2018 1:36 am Buy buy buy...They played maybe the toughest D in the league and Bradford is inept at QB. Rosen will be under center soon and anyone is better than Bradford.
Their problem is much bigger than the Qb position. Watch their games.
And.... To assume that a rookie Qb will just come in and show improvement over a vet like Bradford is ludicrous. I'm not saying that Bradford is an elite option. I'm not even saying that Rosen won't be good some day. I am saying though that what you posted above is drastically over simplified and simply incorrect.
Sammy Watkins also had ridiculous production once or twice.Cameron Giles wrote: ↑Sun Sep 16, 2018 8:13 pm I'd hold. He's way too talented with a history of ridiculous production. Situations can change quickly in dynasty.
What was it? 6 or 8 games in his rookie season (4 years ago?)? Dj has a season and a half of dominance behind him.lilpuppy99 wrote: ↑Wed Sep 19, 2018 2:13 pmSammy Watkins also had ridiculous production once or twice.Cameron Giles wrote: ↑Sun Sep 16, 2018 8:13 pm I'd hold. Saquon, then DJ
How many terrible OCs suddenly got better after getting chewed out? It's not like McCoy was ever a good OC in the first place.kris_kapsner wrote: ↑Wed Sep 19, 2018 7:28 pm I've gotten some low offers for DJ and I'm holding.
The OC got a chewing out about how they are using him. I don't expect huge TD volume from him based on the rest of the offense. But, 10 is still easily attainable. And, it wouldn't surprise me if his receiving volume starts to skyrocket...even if the yardage doesn't pile up as fast as we'd like. Getting 8+ catches a game seems realistic based on the weapons the team has right now and how they should be trying to move the ball. So, we'll have to see. I still think he'll be a RB1 this year.
Yeah I saw the # of plays/game last night and it did not look pretty: https://www.teamrankings.com/nfl/stat/plays-per-gamesteelman wrote: ↑Thu Sep 20, 2018 5:02 am The Cardinals are simply not getting many offensive snaps due to how bad they are. That isn't an easy problem to fix and it could take years, including potentially replacing the coaching staff if it comes to that. With the entire team being limited on offensive snaps, that's obviously going to hurt DJ as well.
I sold him before week 1 because that offense scared me. Am I ever glad I did. I don't see things get much better any time soon
The situation in Arizona is far worse than in NY. Arizona isn't getting many offensive snaps at all.grandmabetty wrote: ↑Thu Sep 20, 2018 8:19 am Barkley is scoring points in a similar situation because he is getting 10+ catches a game for about 25 yards. BAD O line with quick pressure from the defense usually bodes well for pass catching RB's like Johnson. I expect his catches to go up.
