So I finalized my trade here with the help of a lot of you, thank you some much. I'm in a rebuild and this was the final trade

I sent

Gronk, Lynch, Crowell, John Brown, 2020 3rd

I got

O.J. Howard, Nick Chubb, AP, 2019 3rd, 2020 2nd


The team I sent them to is going on a championship run so this kind of makes him the favorite to win.

I like what you got back but I feel as if you could have gotten much more on each player had you sold them separately. Gronk could have netted you atleast a 1st and 2nd. Lynch and Crowell may have possibly gotten you Chubb, maybe you'd have to add a 3rd. You could have easily gotten AP and a 2019 3rd for Brown, and these are just examples from this one team.

As for OJ Howard, I'm a fan. However, I wouldn't be buying his stock now. It's too high and a drop in value is inevitable with young tight-ends.

Looking at this trade now, Lynch being hurt, I'm glad I made the trade, I don't think I could have gotten all that today.

No possible way Crowell and Lynch would get me Chubb lol

Yikes. I mean, we play for fun so we like to go get our guys, but... you overpaid by almost a Travis Kelce IMO.

I would definitely not give up Barkley and M. Brown for Mixon and Walton. That isn't close. I think Mixon and Kelce is an overpay that a Barkley owner would need to give him up.

I would definitely not give up Barkley and M. Brown for Mixon and Walton. That isn't close. I think Mixon and Kelce is an overpay that a Barkley owner would need to give him up.

I thought it was sarcasm, but now it doesn't seem like it? I'd love to have either Mixon or Barkley on my team, but I'd pay quite a bit more to get Barkley over Mixon as most would.
Mixon plus Walton is no where near Barkley (and Brown).

Let's see..... our league has had 6 trades this year so far, which makes me so happy considering I think our previous record for an entire year was 3 lol. Usually average 1-2 trades/year.

Anyway... 2 trades for my team in sig.


Trade 1 (during our draft the weekend before the season started):
Gave: Lamar Miller + 1.10 (other guy took Calvin Ridley)
Received: 1.08 (I took Nick Chubb) + the rights to a 2019 1st-round pick swap (my team was 1.08-1.10 territory, his was 1.05-1.08)

Wanted to sell Miller while I could, and didn't need a WR (only RBs left at 1.08 were Chubb and RoJo, who I didn't want and was taken at 1.09 anyway). Liked Chubb and this was my only chance to get him. Would've taken Sutton if I held onto the 1.10. Happy with this trade so far.



Trade 2 (right before week 5 started), with the same team I made trade 1 with:
Gave: Michael Gallup + 2019 2nd (late) + 2020 2nd (late) + the 2019 1st swap option now belongs to him
Received: Tom Brady

Definitely gave up value at first glance, but buying QBs in this league is a bitch. Competing but Wilson had just not been getting the job done, really needed QB help for 2018 and possibly 2019. With small roster space, Gallup + both of the 2nd's were already fringe roster assets, so in my mind the biggest thing I gave up was the 2019 1st-round swap. Brady has been a much needed improvement so far. Time will tell if this was a "pointless" buy, but I was not ready to take a gamble on Wilson improving in 2018.
