What is the going rate for AD?

Postby joeday » Tue Sep 11, 2018 9:34 am

Thinking about moving him in a few leagues after his good showing this week. What does everyone think his value is or what trades have you seen since Sunday involving him?

I think I could get Brees for him and Alex Smith. If Wentz was healthy I wouldnt do that though.

Before the season started, I was offering AD to everybody in my league for a 3rd and the best offer I got was a 5th so I held him. At this point I'll probably just hold unless I get a projected early 3rd or a decent upside young player like Pettis/Trequan Smith/Ekeler

I think he is prob worth a 2nd to a contender (obviously a late 2nd), but good luck. If I was contending I would hold. If I was rebuilding, I would wait a few weeks until the injuries pile up at RB. Someone will pay up for him.

I offered all sorts of trades for him in my sig league. Some had number of pieces, but the simplest ones where either Zay Jones or Cam Meredith straight up or a 2019 4th and 2020 3rd for Peterson and a 2020 4th. All rejected, no counters.

Had somebody just offer me AD and a late 19 1st for Kareem Hunt. Ridiculous
Oooof...maybe in 2012 when Hunt was in Pop Warner ball.
I don't want to be holding the bag when AD gets hurt.

.....The ridiculous acronyms people come up with these days. Why can't we just say his name or at the least AP which is his initials at the least. Why don't we just starting calling Lynch BM for "Beast Mode"

I've actually heard the nicknames nowadays are so boring- things like VJax or ARob. Nothing like Night Train Lane. All Day Peterson is a great name.

I'm definitely against BM for Lynch. Too similar to Bowel Movement.

This has been his nickname since college. In response to the 'OP', I think he is worth every bit of a 2nd to a contender. If not you might as well hold. He has the feel of a better Frank Gore to me, and will be solid for another year or 2.

Probably because BM also means Bowel Movement
