Wilson makes players around him, not the other way around.
Exactly.

If Baldwin has all those tough matchups do they have a possession #2 WR?

Lockette strikes me as more field stretcher, deep threat than a pepper with targets guy.

Going to be interesting to see if Baldwin can have a productive second half ...

Made a trade for him as an insurance policy. Had to give up a Marquez "Juan" Valdes-Scantling & a late 2nd for the Baldwin Brother & W. Snead IV.

Don't think he is a wr1 anymore but a good fill in if one of our wr starters goes down. Has the potential to give you a WR1 game if you think Sea will be playing from behind. Otherwise it is a ground & pound offense that leaves a few targets that get spread around. has the chemistry with Russell to adapt during a scramble drill play that so often happens with Wilson. Put him in the WR 30-40 range for the second half.

Article on Baldwins value in re-draft & DFS. Some would say that makes it irrelevant to dynasty but if this is his value in re-draft/dfs this year what is his value next year?

If you can acquire him for something in the late 1st-early 2nd territory that makes him an easy buy for me. He's only 30 and tied to Russell Wilson for the next year or two. He's playing through injuries right now so I don't think he's going to be a league winning piece this year, but a full offseason to rehab and get healthy could mean he's back to being regular old Doug Baldwin next season and beyond.

I would snap accept an offer of any round 1 pick.

Interesting...I get, it but think it might be a little too soon to jump ship on Baldwin. Especially for the manager that actually wants to win rather than simply protect the "value" of their roster. This is does not appear to be a strong rookie class to invest in...I own Corey Coleman & John Ross and know all about how investing in rookies can totally screw you.

In my league I saw a rebuilding manager sell Baldwin & '19 3rd for a '19 1st. These types of deals are happening.

But that's the thing- Wilson hasn't been scrambling, which means no rush yardage and no scramble drill to loosen the defense downfield. I thought it was due to his injury and wanted to see him after the bye, but more of the same. They're turning Wilson into question drop back passer, and that (with his own injury) is limiting Baldwin.

Are you buying or selling? I own him and would gladly trade him for a 1st but at this point im not going to get that and im better off holding onto him to see if he rebounds
