I agree with this. Moncrief will get every chance to produce, but it's only a matter of time before he gives his reps up to chark.

It's still Lee for me, and I own him in most leagues. He's not great, but I personally think he's the most talented WR on the team.

For redraft I agree with your list though Lee is the only one I would expect to have stats worth starting this year. For dynasty purposes I would probably rank them:

Cole
Chark
Westbrook
Lee/Moncrief


I think Cole, Chark, and Westbrook all have potential to break out but think Cole is the most likely. Lee and Moncrief I think have proven what they are and it's borderline startable under the best circumstances.

Dunno, feels like we've seen that Lee and Moncrief are slightly above replacement level talents. Maybe that's harsh but they don't move the needle for me. Moncrief hasn't put up a good season in 2 years and it's could be Jacksonville's mode of attack but Lee wasn't impressive as the "de-facto" WR1 last year.

In all likelihood, Jacksonville probably won't roll with those 3 inexperienced guys until later in the season. I definitely like Chark a lot but for today I'd have to rank them:

Pretty wide open depth chart. I wouldn't be surprised by any order those 5 the up in.

With Moncrief's contract, the fact that Cole is getting reps ahead of him speaks volumes.

Lee - Best talent on the team if he can stay healthy. His skillset lines up best with Bortles as well.
Chark - He'll almost certainly be sitting behind Cole and maybe even Moncrief to start the season, but I like his talent as a deep threat under the successor to Bortles.
Cole - Hasn't shown a huge amount of versatility yet, but if Jacksonville is willing to chuck the low percentage pas with some regularity, Cole can shine.
Westbrook - I'm not sure what specifically my issue is with him. He's shown the capability to produce. I just don't like him I guess...
Moncrief - Bortles is a completely different beast to Luck and we're about to see how dependent Moncrief was on Luck for success. So far, the results have not been positive.
