I think Cook or Cook and a first would be highway robbery for OBJ, but you can always try...

I guess I'm not on the Cook hype train. His limited touches rookie year and current situation are enough to intrigue me, don't get me wrong. But he's barely a notch about a throw-in for me in an OBJ trade.
If I were him, there's no trade we would likely make that doesn't involve Bell on your side. If you know he's high on Cook I suppose you could try Cook+1st, but it would go in the "no counter" bin if it were me.
