Coleman is exactly the player Bill likes; free because everyone else has given up. It doesn't guarantee that Coleman will be good (just consider the number of WRs brought in and let go over the past weeks...years) but it does mean that Bill sees a chance to get good cheap/free production for the team.

Dorsett and Coleman could be the guys to replace their aging WR group. Or, they could be let go next week. It's good time to buy low. And by buy low I mean grab for free of waivers.

I have a gut feeling Coleman is going to make a leap into relevance with the Pats. They've signed a waived a lot of guys recently, but I think Coleman sticks. He may not return fantasy value until next year, but the longer he stays on the roster the more it means to me that good things are coming.

Anybody who owns Coleman should sell immediately while you still can. It's amazing that this is even happening for you.

I'd love to list the 15-20 WRs that the Pats signed over the past 10 years, who were awesome and going to such a great sitatution.... only to be cut later on.

What is there to sell for? Would be much better to hold and have him completely sink than to watch him actually turn it around. He is immensely talented and perhaps he has been humbled and is ready to work. I can't think of a better environment for him to be in.

If he can't learn the Bills playbook in the preseason (and they are desperate and the worst WR core in the league), what makes you think he will learn the most complicated playbook in the league and be suddenly fantasy relevant? Best case scenario they hold on the practice squad and redshirt him for the entire year+. That's why you sell if you can.

If you really believe in his talent, you can buy then for a lot less than the initial hype.

Edit: see buying Phillip Dorsett at the beginning of this year if he lasts this long. And that doesn't even factor in the character concerns.

You mean the franchise that has thought, now twice, that Nathan Peterman is a starting QB in this league?

...and that Peterman was better than the best offensive player (sans McCoy) on their team in Tyrod?

You are right. The pre-2017 Eagles and pre-2017 Titans were awful decision making organizations. Stupid organizations didn't recognize DGB's talent.

Non sequitur much?

Bill routinely brings in players that are from teams within the division or serious threats like Pittsburgh. I have a feeling, and that’s all it is, not based on anything factual, that he just pumps them for information about the team they play for and then dumps them.
TEAM 1 - 12 man SF. ppr, TEP 1.65 ppr

11 starters - QB, RB(2) WR(3) TE, SF, Flex(3)

Stroud, Kyler, Bryce Young, Anthony Richardson, Minshew, Trey Lance, Dalton l, Mike White

Breece, Achane, AJ Dillon, Justice Hill, Evan Hull, Chris Rodgriquez

Chase, Lamb, Waddle, Olave, London Drake, Demario Davis, Jake Bobo

Kyle Pitts, Mark Andrews, Kincaid, Schoonmaker

24 picks - 1x2, 3,4,5

Team 2-
12 man SF, .25ppc, .5ppr rbs, 1 ppr wr, 1.5 ppr TE

Joe Burrow, Trevor Lawerence, Jake Haehner, Jake Browning

JT, Kendre Miller,, K Ingram, Ty Chandler, Michael Carter, Kenny Macintosh, Sean Tucker

Puka, Rondale, Mooney, Wan’dale, Terrace Marshall, DPJ, Justyn Ross, Xavier Hutchinson,

Kyle Pitts, Luke Musgrave, Juwan Johnson, Darnell Washington, Jelani Woods, Elijah Higgins

24 - 1st x 3, 2nd x 2, 4th x 3 ,5
