Interesting. Where did you see this? I havent heard a peep about Williams since camp started.
He's overstating it.

The deal on Williams so far is that he's flashing in 1v1 drills, but mostly struggling in 11 on 11.

Most of the clips on Twitter I've seen are from 1v1.

I don't know what to make of that, but the point is, Mike Williams' camp is a mixed bag so far.

Edit: I will say that this reminds me of Braxton Miller, who ever since his Senior Bowl practices has excelled in 1v1 reps, but tends to disappear in 11 on 11.
I'm not sure I'm overstating it with Williams. I've not read anything bad.

Here is today's report of him dominating again including team Twitter video:

https://www.boltsfromtheblue.com/2018/8 ... -scrimmage

Pay special attention to two closely guarded TDs in 11-on-11s. 8-)
TC marches on, and assessment changes day to day. e.g. What was true as of day 3 may be changing as of day 6, etc.

That scrimmage was today, and what I passed along was impressions circa day 4 or so of TC.

Anyway, the bit about Williams disappearing in 11v11 in camp was from beat reporter tweets. You can probably still find them if you search twitter. Not that it seems to matter now. Evidently Williams' early struggles in 11v11 are rectifying.

No. On a 20 man roster, Lindsay is not rosterable.

Brandon Zylstra isn't a lock to make the 53 man roster, but he keeps making the impossible acrobat catches

Needs a good showing on special teams to stick around, and could be a guy to watch

Of course being a Minnesota boy from a small school, there are a million Thielen comparisons that are unfair to both guys but it helps the headlines on an otherwise slow camp day

Very Deep sleeper?

Jason Croom. TE Bills.

Converted WR who has been playing the Aaron Hernandez role in Brian Dabolls offence. Has been lighting up Bills practices.

Clay is old and always hurt. Bills do like O'Leary but Croom is getting talked up by beat writers.

He's mentioned earlier in this thread, but Deon Cain is reportedly still tearing up camp. Pedigree + physical tools + Andrew Luck very well could equal a decent rookie season.

I'm getting excited about Cain too, but pedigree? Wasn't he drafted in the 6th round?

Before Coleman got traded to BUF, I've been seeing Malachi Dupre getting picked up off waivers a bunch.

He was drafted towards the end, but I presume the focus was from a major college program.

Correct. He was a devy darling for a while, supposed to be the next in line from Sammy, Nuk, Mike Williams...

Dallas Goedert seems to really be making a lot of noise in camp. At what point do you push him up your board regardless of being behind Ertz? This is one of those where you just wish he would have found a better landing spot.

It's mostly in the Red Zone, from what I've heard. Your going to have to wait a few years, so it depends if you are OK with waiting.

Well with Rob Kelley's new commitment to training he has lost over 30 pounds and has look quick in training camp this summer. From 250 to 220. It was also been reported he had stick' em applicators surgically implanted in his hands as he has shown better functionality catching passes. Does he become a trade target for other NFL teams with a huge showing in the preseason? But wait then I see a Skins wire blurb that Perine might be on the trade block.....is he now officially Slim Rob? And will he gain any value? The article read "Kelley eyes starting job" but we all know that will not happen. Guice will be the future at RB for the Skins. Anyhow it is nice to see when a guy totally goes (Leveon Bell's) in the offseason, transforms his body and rededicates himself to the game. I love rooting for UDFA guys careers who do this. Go Slim Rob!
I only play in 16x53 with 10+ taxi size leagues with full IDP. All are PPR and most value return yardage. So my opinions may be skewed To these deep roster leagues.

Dynasty Fantasy is not a game, it’s a full time hobby.
