Zack Martin should be ready for the opener. I felt pretty good after everything that I read last night after the initial diagnosis that it was just a hyperextended or bruised knee but you never know until the MRI results are in. Big sigh of relief!

If he's able to escape with a minor ankle sprain he's very fortunate. And judging by his reaction to the injury and need to be carted off, he'll have atleast proven the baby portion of his nickname Baby Gronk.

That same report from Rapoport states that those are the first indications. However, there are more tests coming:

Haven't seen the official result yet, but Vikings 6th round DE Ade Aruna looked like a torn ACL to me live. Trainers did the Lachmans test on the field

It's such a nasty epidemic. I do not know if pre-season length is an issue, or if we didn't do pre-season the first 4 weeks would look this horrendous instead

You are a pioneer for this epidemic, wow. Thanks for keeping track, what is going on? Do we have any stats to show how may were on turf vs natural grass? I'm sure if someone dug in hard enough, it would take hours, but is it the turf? This is awful.

Why are you guys overreacting? He has a big toe injury, but all reports I am reading suggest he will be back soon.
