Am I insane for thinking two firsts (one is mine and my team is garbage so it should be a high pick) and either Davis or Collins is a fair offer for Barkley? Just to let you all know the owner of Barkley wants 5 firsts for him. So who is more insane, him or I? My feelings on Barkley is say what you want but he is still a rookie and there is no chance in hell im doing a crazy overpay for a rookie.

You are definitely the insane one, your offer isn't in the realm of Barkley (or even for 1.02). This also belongs in the team advice section.

Currently I think Barkley is being valued as the fifth overall dynasty player by ADP, which puts his true value around 4-4.5 firsts so his 5 firsts isnt terribly far off

Davis + two 2019 1sts is a bit light, but it's not a terrible starting offer.

He is valuing Barkley as though he is an established, elite RB - too much. You are trying to buy below market value - too little.

If you really want Barkley, I would do a startup draft and try to trade into the top 5 zone and just take him there.

Or wait until the shiny new toy syndrome wears off. Just let the current Barkley owners enjoy the offseason of rosterbation. They earned it.

Anyone paying 5 1sts for Barkley is insane, and I personally think Davis + 2 1sts is too much, but just my opinion

One of my league mates, to whom I traded Barkley, made it clear he would NOT accept 7 1st rounders (4 2018 1sts, including 1.02, 1.04, 1.05 and 1.09 plus three 2019 1sts) to give me back Barkley.

I was prepared to pay all four 2018 1sts and one 2019 1st.

This friend posted saying he wanted to sell Barkley then asks for ridiculous prices for him Should have heard some of the other offers he wanted from other people. He is a friend of mine but a pure snake when it comes to fantasy (need to separate this game from reality sometimes)

I am high on Barkley and low on Davis, but I think that's a fair deal. Not insane at all.

I don’t think it’s far off, but I’m high on Davis. Hard to send Barkley when the key player your getting back underperformed his first year
