Also, Oliver is a local “legend” of sorts, holding some college rushing record. Signing him is signing a decent backup and possible increased fanfare/jersey sales. That’s more attractive than just some guy as a decent backup that carries no fanfare with him.

So, no league discipline headed for McCoy? Are they waiting to see what happens/if something happens in a criminal case? No arrest of Zeke, no charges filed, league head investigator recommends no suspension, and then he gets suspended and warned he might get kicked out of the league? I'm confused.

Or McCoy is a victim of an extortionist who didn't want to give up the lavish lifestyle and just guilty of poor taste in a partner. 
Truth is probably somewhere in between and will be a case settlement out of court = $$$$ BIG CASH !
We have no clue what the truth is in McCoy case . No involvement in the "alleged" robbery has been proven. Could be as likely she faked the jewelry heist to keep it or had already pawned it . Who knows, least of all you or I .
Zeke was videoed pulling the top off of a girl. The altercation with the ex-gf was corroborated to an extent. Didn't agree with length of Elliott suspension but there was some evidence of questionable behavior.
Won't cry if Shady gets slapped with a game or two of paychecks fine...and yes I have him on a team.
