28 Alex Collins, Ravens (23) - he's young and looked great last year but he was cut from a team with a huge hole at RB and is a free agent after this year. If I owned him I would be trying to sell everywhere

40 Gio Bernard, Bengals (26) - I think he's very talented so even if he leaves CIN after this year should still garner a role elsewhere

Unless they cut him he'll be UFA in 2020.

Gio - they can cut him without dead money after this year so that’s what it was referring to

This is a uniquely great rookie RB class, similar to last years. I have that tier really close so I’m fine with someone having Freeman and Howard above the rookies but specifically regarding Kerryon I don’t see a big difference between him and the other rookie RBs so I cant separate him from them in my ranks. Why are you so down on Kerryon? He has the same draft capital as all the other consensus top 6 RBs and on top of that DET actually traded up for him. The situation looks like it could be great as he’s linked to a great QB, an improving OL, and little competition. Not trying to argue him as a talent that much because it’s so subjective but personally I had him ranked in front of Sony Michel, Rashaad Penny, and Chubb pre draft.
