Gathers just got cut in one of my leagues - and not a small one at that - 14 team SF with 32 man rosters. But I expect someone will claim him with the next waiver run.

Probably. Looks to me like Rico will have to set the world on fire in training-camp to emerge the starter in Dallas. Every OTA report, note, and observation I can dig up indicates Gathers is well behind Jarwin at this point in time.
It's bizarre to think since this is Dallas we're talking about, but it honestly seems to me like the Cowboys are deliberately humbling Gathers, as if they're miffed at him for anointing himself repeatedly to the media when he hasn't yet played a regular-season snap.
