But a team D/ST will NEVER RETIRE! It is the only "player" you can literally own one single D/ST for eternity if you want, which makes it the ULTIMATE DYNASTY ASSET!!!

I think tanking in fantasy shouldn't be tolerated. While owners pay dues to run the team how they want, they should also be putting out their best lineup possible simply to maintain the leagues integrity. I had a team a year ago that after week 8 sat at 2-6, which was tied for the worst record in the league. Instead of trying to tank, I continued to field my best possible team and thanks to some injuries and players on my team heating up, I won 5 straight to finish 7-6. I won a weak division and sneaked into the playoffs, and would be the runner up that season. While I know it's not likely for that to happen, it shows that we should all be playing dynasty for one reason and it should be to WIN. I could have tanked and got Corey Davis or one of the RBs early but to me that just doesn't feel right.
