What is his value now?

He has Landry and Gordon in front of him at WR and will be competing for targets with Duke, Njoku, Chubb, Hyde, and Callaway. Does he still hold any value or is it best to hold him and hope he gets traded this offseason/ next year? And what would you look to get for him?

He's a hold for me, hoping desperately that they trade him before the start of the season. Even if they don't, I'll find a way to hold him b/c I think he's talented.

He's not a horrible receiver, just a little brittle. My guess is that they trade him. His price is low right now, you can pick him up for virtually nothing in a trade and he may end up a nifty #2 in some offense.

I currently have him and am thinking about getting rid of him. Just checking to see what I could get for him or if he is worth holding onto.

In an 18-team league I was offered 2.07 (25th overall pick) for him and declined because I feel like there's got to be a better offer waiting down the road once he's in camp, catching passes, looking good, and doesn't have anything broken. Or maybe he's traded to a less crowded receiving corps - who knows.

bte the 2.07 was the BEST offer I got - everything else was trash. Seems like guys like us who already have him are the ones who are highest on his potential.

This is the case for most players. They tend to end up with an owner who values them highly.

I like Coleman quite a bit. I’m likely in a vast minority here, but I like his talent more than most WRs in this class. If you have the roster space to wait out the depth situation (he could be great with Mayfield if Gordon moves on, or Coleman himself could be moved), just hold him.

A year ago I turned down the 2.04 for him. A week ago I turned down two rookie 5th round picks for him.

Have to hold and hope for better times.

I recently traded for him right before our rookie draft. This was the trade
Give: 2.04 + 2.08 + 2.10
Receive: 2.03 + 3.01 + C. Coleman

So it was basically the 2.08 pick I gave up to get him and I was content with that. That pick ended up being Dante Pettis.

I'd like to see his first game of the season before I value him.

If you don't remember, he was scrutinized for his off-the-field behavior and unwillingness to try hard in practice. 0-15 happens, last game of the year is the last chance for the Browns to win. They are driving to the goal, last chance in the 4th quarter, 4th down.... Coleman drops it. It was right in his hands, and he drops it.

You can't help but feel bad for the kid as he sits there, knowing he let his team and fans down. You can see it in his eyes and on his face.

So how does he rebound? STRONG? or does it fade away?

That's why I wanna see game 1 first.

You can point to one play to try and summarize Coleman, but I can point to entire games against good defenses. 2 years ago he had that great game vs Baltimore then Mccown gets injured then Coleman breaks his hand. Last year he was embarrassing Kirkpatrick and the Bengals defense and did the same thing to Ramsey and the Jags D. One of the big problems was Kizer looked like he was throwing to fans in the stands over the WRs.

Now I will not argue he has a problem with drops. But he is a good WR who looks wide open all the time. He is a solid hold until further notice. I dont have any delusions about his ceiling, he will never be a WR 1 on an NFL team or in fantasy. But I do believe if things can break his way he is a good WR 2.

I have had him on the trading block for a while and I haven't had 1 offer yet for him, so looks like I will hold him for the time being. Hopefully he is traded to another team where he doesn't have as much competition for touches.
