Re: 2019 NFL Draft Class
I’m very excited to see what Rodney Anderson does but he’s the only RB I’m hot on so far.
For WRs, I’m interested in Metcalf, Ahmon Richards (Miami WR), and obviously AJ Brown.

I think Damien Williams looks pretty damn good

I like Anderson too. Reminds me of Ryan Mathews a bit.lukkynumber13 wrote: ↑Sat Aug 18, 2018 1:43 pm I’m very excited to see what Rodney Anderson does but he’s the only RB I’m hot on so far.

Re: 2019 NFL Draft Class
I think it's interesting that everyone wants all the 2018 RBs so badly, and Damien Harris/Bryce Love were considered to be right there in that discussion following Barkley when people thought they'd be part of 2018. Now the two guys who were considered both top 5 picks in 2018 will be in next year's class and neither is even considered the best RB for next year yet everyone is talking about how there are no RBs.
There is no Barkley, but there are already three guys largely considered similar to the guys in the 2-5 range this year. And of course guys will emerge. Remember Sony, Penny, Royce, and Kerryon were all largely off the radar as prospects at this time last year and there were a lot of doubts about whether Chubb would ever be useful again.

Re: 2019 NFL Draft Class
Done some early work on some guys.
My top guy for each position.
Rodney Anderson - Looks like the best back to me in the class. Ideal size, good hands, runs smoothe and hard. Elusive. Reminds me of R Mathews before all the injuries
K'Neal Harry - Excellent hands, good size, solid after the catch which is something i really like to focus on and a big plus when grading WR.
Noah Fant - Looks huge. Runs good routes. Great hands.
Not impressed so far by D Harris or Bryce Love. Appear too small to be featured backs.

Re: 2019 NFL Draft Class
Reminds me of Ryan Mathews because of the injuries as well. I hope he can stay healthy, he looks good. I think DK Metcalf could surpass Harry and Brown if he continues his trajectory. Probably the higher ceiling than Brown, if all goes well. He may not put up the numbers because he is on the same team as AJ, so they eat into each others production. Bryan Edwards looks the part, too, for SC. Harris is supposed to be 5 11, and 215, so we'll see what he weighs at the combine. Looking forward to seeing what David Montgomery can do this year, their first game was cancelled due to weather.DJB wrote: ↑Tue Sep 04, 2018 7:56 am Done some early work on some guys.

Re: 2019 NFL Draft Class
Not a ton of risers and fallers this week. A few, though:
1. Ahmmon Richards: no production, tweaked his hammy again?
2. Mike Weber: looked quite good, albeit against bad competition
3. Dwayne Haskins: could be a high pick in SF/2QB leagues
4. L.J. Scott: looked pedestrian against Utah State
5. Kelvin Harmon: very quiet day, although I haven't watched the tape on him yet

Re: 2019 NFL Draft Class
I hope this class is terrible so the powerhouses in my league who somehow have an extra 1st each (including one of mine) score only a bunch of Yeldons, Treadwells and Corey Colemans! They deserve eachother!

Re: 2019 NFL Draft Class
These WRs look exciting but it’s almost all projecting at this point. Guys like Metcalf & Lodge, for instance, still have a ton to prove.
I’m beginning to think Ahmon Richards isn’t gonna become a thing in the pros. Bad hands, injury prone, and inconsistent play.
Kelvin Harmon, NKeal Harry, & some of the other big boys could easily become Auden Tate/Marcell Ateman if they run 4.60-4.65

Re: 2019 NFL Draft Class
I didn't have time to look back to see if I wrote about these 2 guys earlier in the thread...but Im beating the drum for the WRs at Louisville. I think Jallen Smith will be a combine riser if he runs faster than 4.54, which I think he will. He is big and fast. I also like Dez Fitzpatrick even more than Smith.... as an Amari Cooper clone with a lot better hands. Im keeping a close eye on these soon to be risers.

I only play in 16x53 with 10+ taxi size leagues with full IDP. All are PPR and most value return yardage. So my opinions may be skewed To these deep roster leagues.
