The main concern with Edwards is speed and overall athleticism, correct? As with Harry?

I could be mistaken but that was my understanding.

You are correct. With either of these guys, as long as the run below a 4.6, and show either a good vert, or agility (Harry returns punts, and has shown good moves in the open field) I am not concerned. Like Courtland Sutton, mid 4.5's and a good agility would be enough for me to take a shot with an early pick on them.

I actually traded away all 3 of my 2019 1sts because I had been hearing and reading some not so great things about this class, I'm in a 2 QB league and the only thing that interested me was Herbert, Lock, Grier and then Marquis Brown, I also like Bryce Love and Damien Harris
16 team Tiered PPR league, TE Premium, 52 man roster, 2 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1W/R, 1TE/W, Full IDP
QB- Russ, Justin Herbert
RB- Antonio Gibson Ty Johnson, David Johnson Lat Murray
WR- Davante Adams, Allen Robinson, DJ Moore, Cordarelle Patterson,
TE- Hockeson, , Jonnu Smith, Firkser, Logan Thomas

At this point, there probably will be some WR taken in the 1st or 2nd round with teams like Dallas, Buffalo, etc. throwing out scraps for players. There are a lot of big prototype WR builds out there right now.

Maybe this is a year where there aren't any 1st Round RBs but we've also seen incredible production from guys like Hunt, Kamara, Howard, etc.

QBs - it felt like back in the day, NFL QBs played for the best teams and were contending for NCAA championships every single year. Since then we've seen Goff, Wentz, Lynch (lol), Mahomes, Trubisky, Rosen, Darnold, Jackson, Bortles, etc.

I've traded away all my 2019 1sts except on one team in a deep rebuild, so I hate this class by default.

He's just been alright this season, though he hasn't played with great QB play. I like that he's a strong receiver who can make tough grabs with limited separation and physicality. He'll probably hit around the same production as last year with more TDs

I think there's going to be a noticeable dropoff somewhere in the 1.07ish area. Makes sense considering the last few classes have achieved a lot quickly, so we're due for some regression.

I actually think the WR depth isnt bad, but the issue is that there’s no talent at RB so most top players will go by the top 16 picks
I may or may not be related to Bryan Edwards

David Montgomery is talented, but the depth looks shallow, especially with Rodney Anderson going down. There will always be the Lindsay,Koutee etc that escape everyone's notice, too. RB is not looking good at all, compared to this year and 2020, though.

N'keal Harry is currently my 1.01
I don’t disagree with the 1.01 assessment. But Harris has legit NFL size. Nothing wrong with 5’ 11”, 215 pounds.
Ah, i had read he was sub 5 '11 and sub 200 pounds. Curious to see what he really is at the combine

Much closer to 2016 than 2017. In fact, when you start to project the 2020 class the 2019 looks like (on paper anyway) it will be the weakest class over a 4-5 year span. At least in 2016 you had Zeke. This draft doesn't have a clear cut 1.01 at all and appears to take a pretty large drop once you leave the middle of the first.

I shipped off my 1st and 2nd round picks during the offseason (for Mike Evans and I'm currently 6-0 so they will be late) and haven't even bothered trying to get back in those rounds. Any draft picks I've acquired have been for 2020.

As someone who doesn't watch college football (barely get in a couple of NFL games per week on DVR) and someone who doesn't do DEVY (see 1st part of sentence as to why), I have a hard time getting good info on rookie prospects this time of year. I appreciate the thread, and want to contribute to it to the extent that I can.

I found an article touting the 30 best college football backs going into the 2018 season. Want to note that this is ALL college backs, not just those who are draft eligible. But the article is good in identifying their scholastic year. So it can give some insight into where these guys are at. As for the rankings themselves, I have no clue whether it's good, bad or just plain ugly. But I gotta believe there's a few decent prospects in this list for 2019 NFL Rookies.

That's not necessarily a bad thing. There are tons of day 1 and day 2 WR's projected, and a few good RB's, and a top end TE. There are always sleepers that sneak in without people knowing about ahead of time, too. I don't think this class looks bad at all, especially considering it's more WRs than there have been for years. It's probably the best top end WR class in years, assuming DK declares. Even if he doesn't, there are still a few really good prospects at that position. 2020 is RB heavy, but I'll gladly take a 2019 first over a 2020 first, projecting too far ahead is dangerous, plus someone will always pay up come draft time, and you can usually get a 2020 plus a bit extra for your 2019, if you want.

Is it your opinion FF that DK is your 1. 01?

Id love to see a top 5 or 10 from you if you have time. :)
