Not submitting a lineup

i'm dealing with this situation also this week. my opponent only has 1 TE (witten), and since he's already played, he can no longer submit a lineup at all on mfl. he and i are fighting over the same draft slot, so he'll now get the lower slot by losing the h2h, while a 0 kills his total points.

This is a setting of your league, not MFL. MFL allows the commish to set any number of options, including when starters can be submitted. Once a starter has played, you cannot insert them or remove them from a lineup, but the rest of a lineup can be submitted right up until a player's game time.

Things like this must be addressed. In my league we've gone through these issues several times.
First Offense is a warning
2nd Offense- Depending if they are competing or looking for a good pick, points will be added or subtracted from their total points
3rd Offense- Their best draft pick will be lowered atleast 1 spot
