I can't imagine being a Raiders fan in this draft.

Two reaches on OT's early.
Three great picks in Arden Key and Nick Nelson and Hurst in the middle.
A punter in the 5th round :wall: :wall: :wall:
And then Marcell Ateman, a great upside pick in the 7th.

wilder roller coaster than anything Six Flags has to offer.

I'm neither a Raiders fan nor hater ... but I read an interview with Gruden where he stressed the need to protect Carr. Granted they probably reached & passed over better talent for need, but if nothing else, I'd be encouraged that Gruden recognizes the assets he inherited and intends to protect & support them.

I saw the same interview and I understood his thinking but felt that trading down for Connor Williams and then grabbing Brian O'Neill in the 2nd instead of PJ Hill were better selections. They could have still drafted Hill at 3.1.

Ugh, Justin Jackson and Trey Quinn sleeper value gets torpedoed as well. Would rather they went UDFA.

I don't care much for Jacksons landing spot, but don't think Quinn's is terrible.

Which is why teams that drafted WRs that already had set starters (ie, Denver) will be interesting to watch.
