Rotoviz released it earlier this week; I don't know of any other sources, though.

Yeah, Phenom Index is Jon Moore's work for Rotoviz ..

he feels there is a big correlation with early age production to success in the NFL .. Jon Moore and Chad Parsons do the most with age breakout ..

I think I read that DJ Moore had one of the best scores ever, but I don't remember where..

Moore did post the 2nd best score of all time. Allen Robinson, Nate Washington, DT, Dez and Amari Cooper rank after Moore.

Antonio Callaway, Deontay Burnett, D.J. Chark and Jordan Lasley are some of the higher scoring ones this year.

I’m not a huge Ridley guy. I won’t be the one to pick him because he’ll likely be picked in the first and I have him outside my top 12. But, in his defense of this lacking phenom rating, he was Alabama’s go-to target as a freshman. He just happened to be a 20yo freshman, so less impressive than a 17yo doing it, but still, he broke out in his earliest opportunity. It’s not like he did little for two years and then broke out as a 20yo junior, and these phenom and dominator ratings don’t take that into account (I don’t think).

Anyone have a list from 2016 and 2017 to see how useful the index is?

I want to say they did TEs along with WRs once too, but scrapped it last year to refine the TE calculation.

Hopefully they go back to including TE at some point (if they haven't already), since WR/TE blur more and more every year.
35 Team Dyn PPR, 3 x Copy SF start 2TE Super Prem (TE 2 PPR, 8pt TD), 6 pt/non-TE TD, 1pt/20 yds pass (300 +3pt), 1pt/10 yds rush/rec (100 +3pt)

Start 12: 1QB 1SFLX 2RB 4WR 2TE 2FLX | 30 Active Roster, unlim Taxi, 3 IR/Out (+) | est. '21 | playoffs '21, '22

QB - J Allen, T Lawrence ...
RB - A Ekeler, S Barkley, J Cook, I Pacheco ...
WR - AJ Brown, C Ridley, G Pickens, C Sutton ...
TE - D Njoku, D Knox ...
