NFL Execs rank Josh Allen QB #2.
in 2005, the league preferred Alex Smith over Aaron Rodgers
in 2007, they loved JaMarcus Russell
in 2008, they ranked Brian Brohm and Chad Henne over Joe Flacco
in 2010, mostly just garbage, Bradford was first, which i guess is right by default, lol
in 2011, they ranked Gabbert first and Locker, Mallett, and Ponder all ahead of Andy Dalton
in 2012, they ranked Weeden and Osweiler ahead of Russell Wilson and Kirk Cousins (and Nick Foles, SB MVP, lol)
in 2013 - mostly just garbage, no one was right (or everyone was, except the Bills?)
in 2014 - Manziel and Bortles were 1 and 2 over the likes of Carr and Garropollo (and Teddy, I still have faith if his knee ever lets him play)
in 2016 - They had Lynch, Connor Cook, and Hackenburg over Dak
I don't think I'm smarter than the NFL, in fact I know I'm absolutely not smarter than them, but I also take these rankings with a huge grain of salt, based on history. They love his upside and hes a smart, mature young man. If I could get him day 2, I would love taking a shot on his upside too. But when I watch him, I just don't see it. If I'm wrong, and these rankings prove right I will gladly eat some crow . . . thats why they are doing what they are doing in the NFL and I'm arguing on a fantasy football forum, haha.
