Barely worth rostering let alone actually acquiring.

I sent someone an offer of PRich for Landry before he signed with Cleveland but it was looking that way.

He sent me back his Britt for PRich ha so I think he's at the insult offer stage.

It is IDP but there are clearly more valuable assets than Kenny Britt at those later picks. When he cuts him, you can always grab him from the waiver wire. Assuming the Patriots don't release him.
...all of those guys were available in the 4th or later in your league?
Wow.
They all went for 2nds & 3rds except maybe Shaheen in my leagues.

If your league is anything like the above - the 4th carries a bit more value.
Superflex & IDP league...but the point is really same regardless. I don't think Britt carries anything more than ww value. There will be better options in the rookie draft and ones that will see increased value (which Britt never will).
If you can't leave at least a 20% tip, you can't afford to eat out.

You already started in the insult offer stage. His offer is closer to fair then yours, in fact.

If you're contending, I'd do it. I'd say Britt is more likely to produce value in 2018 than a 4th rounder. If you're not contending, I'd keep the 4th.

This is it.

If you're contending tho, you shouldn't need Britt...at all. Give me the 4th.

I think it is possible in this case to have your cake and eat it too. If you have room to stash a Britt - then go ahead and do so - he can easily be cut later on if no real opportunity opens up and a player that another owner dropped (and you know someone will) starts making noise unexpectedly.

Obviously the cheaper the cost, the easier it is to cut bait.

Sometimes bye weeks and minor injuries will really test your depth. If I'm contending, I want production from nearly every spot on my roster.

I don't disagree with your point at all...we just disagree someone will get production from Britt. :D
