Does anyone have a clue where Snead ends up?

He will probably end up back on the Saints but this is his last shot. The Saints need other WRs outside of Thomas and Snead bleep it up by the dwi and showing up all out of shape. He has the chance of making a decent NFL career being with Brees so he better not bleep this up.

He made a second visit to the Ravens today. They don't have anybody similar, so it might not be a bad landing spot if Saints didn't match the offer.

I guess I don't think enough about Snead.
The first Willie that popped into my head when I saw the title was Willie Parker. Then Willie Green. Then Willie Beamen, all in rapid order. Clicked on the thread to see who you were talking about and it made more sense. Current and real player Willie Snead. My mind hadn't even gotten to him yet.

Snead seems to be really underrated and seems possible he's on his way to WR2 status with Cooks out of the picture.

WR2!? That's a bit ambitious. Just because Cooks is gone, it doesn't mean Snead is going to take advantage of those missing targets. He has good hands and runs nice routes. But he's too slow and undersized, a good third receiving option for the Saints, an ok one for a fantasy team.

Brees had the second most passing attempts--673, the most in his career--last season, he had a great year for fantasy but the Saints went 7-9 for a third consecutive time. They are too one-dimensional behind a 38 year old QB. They added A.Peterson and Kamara for a reason. They want fresh legs behind Ingram in order to chew up the clock and lessen the time their defense--which gave up the third most points a game last season(28.3)--is on the field.

P.S. 5/7 of their victories were one score games.

I was pretty happy when I grabbed him off waivers a couple years ago, and glad I used him as a sweetener in a deal in the middle of last year. Makes me think I should have sold Cam Meredith last year before the ACL.

I traded my '16 1.10 on the clock for Snead and Powell and at the time felt I got a pretty good deal but it doesn't hold up so we'll over time, haha.
