This is my late round dart throw with high upside. I saw him listed at 6'2" but that's not a big deal compared to your 6'3" listed above. One downfall is he only weighs 196lbs but that 4.36 and 4.38 40 times are really nice plus a 37.5" vertical 6.9sec 3 cone.
I am very nervous that he will rise considerably, as my draft is in August. He has had several high profile workouts and has been tied to the Packers. Could be a great find. Seems to track the ball well in addition to obvious straight line speed. He actually appears to be slightly more athletic than Robby Anderson and he has a good head on his shoulders. He's not even in playerprofiler yet so I consider him well under the radar for now.
Last year, the PFF elusive rating stat proved predictive to who would break out on the next level. Of the top seven ranked players in the official stat of missed tackles created per touch, three of them went on to take the league by storm. Alvin Kamara (3rd in elusive rating) and Kareem Hunt (7th) in particular, duked it out for offensive rookie of the year, while Dalvin Cook (2nd) looked great before tearing his ACL. I like Watson a lot. Saw him play twice live (I live outside of Philly). The athleticism is real.

Really? His value is all over the place then. A combination of DLF, Fantasy Guys, and Fantasy Pros I used as my "consensus" rankings to try and predict flow has him as the #41 rookie. That's 4.5 in a 12 team league. Thomas is very interesting as a developmental guy. Showed glimpses at Indiana for sure and his workout numbers were between one and two deviations above your typical starting TE. If you have deep rosters, he is a perfect guy to stash.
Thomas will probably be 4th TE taken in NFL draft, ahead of Mark Andrews. So you'll likely need to grab him in the 3.06-3.10 range of rookie drafts.
