For us Pryor Hopefuls

Postby DynastyDeepDive » Sat Mar 10, 2018 1:32 pm

Going to hang onto him for one more year (if I can after my rookie draft where I have 7 picks) and see what happens.

Browns are now out of the question.

Article on why he sucked so bad last year. Maybe he bounces back. I'm sure I'll get hammered on this site!!

I th there is still a possibility that the Browns sign him. Rumour mill is saying that they may look to move Coleman and they have a ton of cap space to bring Pryor back on a short term prove it deal.

As a Pryor owner (no pun intended), I'm with you buddy! Keep the faith! I too was waiting for an explanation to why he was failing so badly in Washington. I wasn't buying that he and Cousins couldn't find any chemistry together or the offense didn't fit him. I know how hard Pryor works at his craft, he is a workout freak so being lazy or not working hard isn't the reason either. So when it finally came out that he could never get over the injury he suffered early in the season it all made sense. The only thing he did wrong was trying to play through it. I couldn't part with him for pennies on the dollar so I let him stay aboard and use a roster spot. Looking forward to see what he can do this year. Hope he lands in a good situation with a great QB.

I read this subject line and was like "there are Pryor hopefuls out there?"..
Sorry, but I just cannot see him rehabbing anything close to the value he had.

So they have enough cap space for the league minimum?

I'd sell him for any 2019 2nd I can get at the moment. If I can't get that I'd rather hold and see how his first half of the season goes. Wouldn't be surprised if he heads to Buffalo in which case I'd take anything and cut for the first rb hopeful on the ww

I'd like TEN to give Pryor a one-year prove-it deal. They showed they're willing to take chances when they drafted Dorial Green-Beckham a few years back, and Rob Moore coached BUF's WRs pretty well considering what he was working with, and he did a pretty solid job in OAK with Cooper and Crabtree.

He would make sense in LA as a replacement for Watkins on the deep balls.

Was ready to sell on the cheap until I heard this news. Only have him on a recently acquired orphan but that team is desperate for some good WR news.
