Draft pick values

As this is my first dynasty off-season I am still learning about the value of players as well as draft picks. Which current NFL players would you say carry the following rookie draft values:

1.3
1.6
1.9
1.12

Each year the value of a draft pick will fluctuate depending on the draft class. I'd say this year the top 2 picks are much more valuable than in years past but from 3 down to 12 they should be fairly similar to years past. I'd say the 1.03 has a value somewhere between the overall #30 and #40 players being drafted in a startup draft. I would value it around TY Hilton/Amari Cooper/Melvin Gordon/Mark Ingram sort of players. Some may think that's low on Amari Cooper but I'm just trying to give you a baseline.

DLF had a dynasty ADP ranking right now with the rookies includes. Could give you a good idea of who you possibly could get with each pick.
