According to Peter King - Hue Jackson still interested in McCarron.

I don't get my McCarron would want to go somewhere they're bound to draft a rookie QB high. Conversely it'll be the same old Brownies if they sign McCarron and don't draft a QB with picks 1 or 4.
Team 1 - 12 Team, PPR, All 6TD

1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 FLEX, K, D

QB - Cousins, Luck, Mayfield
RB - Elliot, Thompson, McKinnon, Penny, Michel, Miller, E.McGuire, Foreman, Ekeler
WR - OBJ, Robinson, K.Allen, C.Davis, Allsion, M.Bryant, C.Coleman, Moncrief, P.Richardson, Chark
TE - Reed, Gathers, Shaheen, Seals-Jones
K - Jake Elliott
D - NE, MIA
Picks - 2019: 3-5

Team 2 - 12 Team, SF 0.5 PPR, 4/6TD

1 QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1SF, 1FLEX, 1TE

QB - Cousins, Goff, Tannehill, Mayfield, Jackson
RB - Gurley, Ingram, Coleman, Clement, Booker, Rawls, Samuels
WR - Hilton, Fuller, Moore, Byrant, Locket, Moncrief, Rogers, Miller, St.Brown,
TE - Gesicki, Clay, McDonald, Andrews
Picks - 2019: 1,2,3x2,4

I bet McCarron is finding that no one will give him a long term starting job (and paycheck), so getting some starts ahead of a rookie is the best he can get. He'll have to prove how good he is with a partial season, I think.
Not all that counts can be counted. Not all that can be counted counts.

As a Kizer owner I'm hoping he goes to the Browns and let's the Browns think they don't have to draft a qb, then sucks, so Kizer can start again lol

 I actually like Kizer for the long term but the Browns pull the plug too quickly on prospects so they will probably sign McCarron and still draft a QB at 1 or 4.

I actually think Kizer will be a good buy low in the future, when Cleveland gets their QB set.

I still think it was dumb for McCarron to "win" this and become a 2018 Free Agent

For the first time in practically ever, there seems to be an abundance of FA or solid Rookie QBs. Deciding on which one to pursue, rather than simply getting one, is more the issue for teams
Team 1- 10 team ppr, 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 2Flx, 1D, 1K
2022: 1-8
Finishes: 6th, 6th, 1st, 5th, 6th, 9th
QB: Lamar Jackson, Purdy
RB: Bijan, Dobbins, Achane, Charbonnet, Algier, McBride, waiver trash
WR: JSN, QJ, Addison, Dotson, Skyy Moore, Jameson Williams, Hyatt, T Dell, Boutte, Skowronek, Quez Watkins, Greg Dortch, waiver trash
TE: Hockenson, F Monroe, Juwan, Musgrave
D/K: Patriots, Vikings, Saints, Dicker

picks-
2024- 1,1,1,1,2,2,2,3,3,4,5,5
2025 1,1,1,2,3,4,5

team 2- 12 team SF, .5PPR, .5TE boost, 1QB, 1SF, 2 RB, 3WR, 1TE, 2Flex
2022: 8-1
Finishes: 2nd, 2nd, 2nd, 2nd :wall:
QB: Ljax, GenoD Jones, Minshew, Dobbs
RB: CMC, Stevenson, A Jones, Chubb, A Mattison, D cook, Perine, Mckinnon,
WR:Tyreek, Diggs, C Kupp, D Adams, Keenan Allen, Lockett, Gallup, A Lazard, Hodgins
TE: Kelce, LaPorta, Irv Smith,
No picks until 2026 5th rounder lol

Whilst kizer could turn into a good qb the browns don't have the time to wait. Too many failures and too much pressure, drafting kizer was a mistake because he needed time to develop, which the browns won't/can't give. Hopefully he gets a chance somewhere else, I'm hoping browns draft Mayfield. Red flags aside Mayfield is a winner with rediculous good accuracy, he should be able to start straight away

After Teddy to NYJ, I honestly expected BUF to come calling for him (all while moving up in draft for their next franchise QB)

Wasn't he comparing himself to Brady a few years back? Would be pretty funny if he ended up in New England and Brady'd Brady.

His market is hilariously cold - maybe everyone knows he's just not good.

You say that like he was ever expected to?
Dalton is a good QB, not an elite one; but he's more good than not.

He's better than guys like Derek Carr who get grossly overvalued.
