x2 lol
From a true footballing perspective he probably isn't wrong. From a dynasty value perspective ... Ehh. We might all be singing a different tune a decade from now if those three QBs are the next Brees, Brady and Manning and all of the RBs have already retired due to short shelf life.
yes thank you, that was exactly where my mind was at when reading this.
Yes well thats all fine and dandy. But last I checked this was a dynasty fantasy football forum...

Eh that's nice. It was a discussion correct? Still of the standpoint people are overpaying dramatically for Barkley and they will be disappointed. Everyone keeps ignoring the fact this is an insanely stacked QB class and are too wrapped up in the glitz and glamour of the RBs of yesteryear which lingers to the next.

Here is a list that is more finely tuned with evaluations of the individual players.

1. Mayfield
2. Guice
3. Barkley
4. K. Johnson
5. J. Washington
14 Team .5 PPR Return yards
QB: Luck, Mayfield
RB: Elliot, Mixon, Guice, Ekeler
WR: Diggs, C. Davis, Gordon, Lockett, M. Williams, Godwin, John Brown, Tre'Quan Smith
TE: Gronk, Burton, Goedert
K: Gostkowski
D/ST: Jax, Chiefs

Barkley
Guice/Jones
Michel/Chubb/Penny/Walton

WR may sneak in there if any of these guys don't check out athletically/medically, but for now this is where I'm at.
See a lot of WR2-3 types in this class and I'll take my shot at some RB1 burn since WR2-3 types are relatively easy to find and it may take these rookies 2-3 years to get to that level, if at all.

In Superflex I'm not sure there's a WR in my first round, right now. The 7 RBs above and 4-5 QBs...kind of crazy, but it's the reality of my notes to this point.

Moore is probably my favorite WR, and I'm a Ridley apologist as well. Not sure I get the Sutton love that has him up high. I see an unpredictable development path to ultimately get to a Funchess-level outcome...and I like(d) Funchess. We were able to draft him in R2 his rookie year, right?

what scare me the most with sutton, all the videos i've seen, he only catch long pass. I don't want another desean jacskon where you have 1 week you are super happy with 25pts and then 3-4 weeks of 3-5 pts. No thanks!

Calvin Ridley's 12.4 career YPC scare the hell out of me. Can anyone tell me really top end WR's that have that low a YPC in college to succeed at the next level? I remember some voicing concern over Treadwell's 11.8 YPC, and to this point it has been validated.

His QB for the past two years hasn't been able to throw accurately past 8 or so yards. Before that he was a freshman behind Amari.

Barkley
Guice

Some combination of
Sutton
Jones
Michel
Chubb
Ridley

And probably two others. Definitely not a clear tier like last year with LF/Davis/Mixon/CMC/Cook

1.3 and 1.4 owners may look to move back. I have the 1.6 and I'm really waiting for the draft to see if I should be moving up or back or sticking

Interesting. I suppose that's a pretty impressive anomaly.

1.5 Cooks
I want to applaud this. The prices these picks are getting is atrocious, and if I could get the return I've seen posted in the team advice forum any top 4 pick is a hot sell from me. I plan on shopping my 1.6 after the NFL draft when it should get a bump in value

In my league, out 1.1 owner turned down Kamara and 1.10. Offensive rookie of the year, RB3 overall, plus a late 1st not only offered but then turned down for a guy who we don't even know what team he'll be on. WTF

^^^^ I once want to get one of these offers. In different leagues I have the 1.01, 1.02, 1.03 and 1.04 on the block. I get just turd offers for them. I agree with your statement and hope the fever of the draft and tantalizing landing spots get me some offers. Especially the 1.03 and 4.
