would you say that to get hopkins an owner would need to add to the 1.01 or would a straight swap be even value at this time?

As a hopkins owner i would probably need something added to the 1.01 to part with such a high level proven commodity.

Agreed that it needs to be 1.01+ a WR2/RB2 with upside. The 1.01 without a doubt carries a lot of value, but no sense discounting young, consistent production over draft fever.

There is no way I am giving up Hopkins for Crabtree or Jones and a draft pick. I would need the 1.01 and like Davante Adams or ARob or Diggs or something.

If Barkley blows up like Zeke did and is a top 3 RB out the gate and for the next 5-6 years giving up a Mixon or Thielen on top of that would be overpriced for Nuke, but I think that trade is fair because Hopkins has proved it already.
