Give up Aaron Jones ($1)
Get Taylor Gabriel ($5)

Jones is the most productive RB under $15 and as in every league starting RBs are gold.

For further reference I picked up Godwin in this league for $3 (shallow rosters).
Curious? How much is J.Conner in your salary cap league?
Sorry for the delayed response, we keep our salaries offsite on a google sheet and I had to go back through to find out what Conner was rostered for. Our league is a bit odd and salaries reset each year and with shallower rosters I assumed had been added off waivers early in the year. He was actually held over from the prior year for only $1, so that's a league winner if there ever was one.

However, I did look through every other RB rostered for their salaries and A Jones, Conner, James White and Lindsay are the only productive RBs with a salary under $15 that are helping teams win. For reference Drake (as he was a presumed starter at the beginning of the year) had his salary set at $24 and as in most leagues RBs are the most valuable commodity.

Giving up Jones in half PPR at who is going to be a league winner for only $1 in cap space (meaning even the most stacked team could afford him) for Gabriel who is fringe restorable in this league (20 man rosters where I've picked up Anthony Miller, Penny, Duke and Godwin off Waivers) seems crazy to me. Heck, due to the salary reset rule I was able to pick up AJ Green off waivers at the beginning of the year (at a high salary) because the previous owner couldn't afford to keep him. WRs are literally a dime a dozen in the format and all viable RBs are kept under lock and key and usually at high values.
10 Team Half PPR Scoring SF
QB: Mahomes, Hurts, Minshew
RB: Kamara, K. Hunt, Warren, Bigsby, D. Cook, Jamaal Williams, J. Wilson, McLaughlin, McKinnon, J. Kelley
WR: A.J. Brown, Diggs, K. Allen, C. Watson, Cooks, Pickens, W. Robinson
TE: Kelce, J. Smith, Musgrave

If you must start 2 RBs, that's not a horrible offer, actually. Does need a better RB added than Richard, though.

See I'm on the other side of this, Jones to me is an upside RB2 and Richard is a nice depth piece but there's a case of Hill as the #1 WR overall IMO

Yeah, it's horrible. A Jones is not in the same realm of value as Hill.

Completely agree, needs a much stronger piece than Richard. I took the offer as someone trying to sell RBs they don't believe in long term to a top tier WR. If they're willing to push the value of the Richard piece, could be doable, depending on the roster and league.
