As a Vikings fan I wouldn't be against that. Zimmer is very much a defensive minded head coach and needs an above average for capabilities OC. losing shazier didnt help them ..kinda like Dallas without Lee he is a difference maker when on the field..Also they need more DL and safety help but you can say that about a lot of Defs.. I see them going more def this year it looks like they need it...And Haley was never coming back no matter what.. Ben wouldve retired or threaten that for sure if he did...

the end of year offensive numbers are strong but it really came down to his decision making and inability to play call in the red zone. he gets tons of yard (what you see in offensive rankings) but the points produced when in striking distance were not where they needed to be and calls like 4th and inches and calling a 20 yard pass, or 4th and 1 and throwing to the endzone just cant be tolerated. ben didnt like him and was forced to stay away from a no huddle offense (where ben is absolute money).
if you look at scoring over haleys tenure you will find the steelers regularly in the 7-10 spot where the patriots have been top 4 every single year

Not sure how Haley is the scapegoat here. If the reports about his relationship with Ben are true, and if it's true Ben contemplated retirement because of Haley, then by all means, good riddance (from a Steelers' fan perspective). Three more years of Ben in a Super Bowl window, potentially, or Todd Haley? The choice is obvious.
