Doctson will have the best season of all of them.

J Doctson: If Cousins is still there it's possible. If not, then no.
Treadwell: No
C Coleman: Depending on the QB situation and his health, I think it's possible. Gordon's presence is a benefit IMO.
C Godwin: Won't get enough targets unless something happens with DeSean. Like his future though.
H Maclin: Jeremy Maclin? Leaning no. His last two seasons have been pretty rough, and he looks to be declining.
D Parker: I don't think so. The light just doesn't seem to be coming on for him.
Shepard: Maybe? Too much uncertainty with the Giants right now. OBJ, and Engram's emergence could hurt his target share though.
Robbie Anderson: If McCown is back, or they sign a decent veteran stop-gap I'd say yes. Enunwa/Anderson/Kearse/ASJ isn't a bad group.
Fuller: Yes. Drops are an issue sometimes, but he seemed to click awfully well with Watson. I'd like to see a full season from both.
Zay Jones: Not in 2018. But I wouldn't give up on him just yet either.
J Matthews: No. Not a believer.
M Williams: Yes. A full offseason program will help his development, and I like him paired with Allen/Henry with Rivers slinging it.
Sanu: No. I'm more comfortable projecting WR3 numbers for him. Still, nothing wrong with that. Better NFL asset than fantasy asset.

I'd think Chris Godwin and Will Fuller would have the best odds. Both are WRs poised to be in the no. 2 role with talented young QBs with true no. 1 WRs drawing coverage away. Mike Williams also has a shot if LAC doesn't re-sign Tyrell Williams.
