As an owner this is the best news possible, is there going to be a decent market for him or with the influx of rookie RB's is he going to be ignored??

i wouldnt be a hundred percent sold on them moving on, maybe transitioning the Henry being the man and Murray spelling him.

If he does move on i think he gets a shot at a starting gig. he bounced back after a poor showing in PHI and i could see him coming back strong after a healthy offseason...dude was a top 5 or 6 back just a season ago, too many writing him off after a year when he was hampered and the passing attack was suspect (feel teams played to stop the run and force mariota to beat them with his arm)

I'd be a bit surprised if they actually cut him, but I have come around and believe Henry is the better option at this point. I still think Tennessee would benefit from a two-headed attack.

Titans would save $6.5M, but have $51M in cap space. Feels like a 50-50 chance they cut him loose. If they tell him it's Henry's backfield, he may want to leave.
Not all that counts can be counted. Not all that can be counted counts.

I think Henry has to be the guy going forward. Murray makes too much to stick around unless he offers a major upgrade over other options (Henry), which I don't think he does. Will Murray take a pay cut to stick around? Possible I guess and I think he still has gas in the tank, especially in a 1B role with emphasis on passing downs.

I also think the incoming coach might be happy to use any cap savings from letting Murray go towards reshaping the roster with guys he likes. For example, if McDaniels comes, maybe a NE back comes with him???
