You didn't read my explanation. The rankings I gave are year 1 rankings only. I said Wilkins will be a 1-year wonder. If he wins the starting role, due to injury or whatever, he could easily be worth a 1st rounder, and then I'd trade him away asap. That's why I have him rated so high.... so I can flip him later on. I've been drafting him for 3rds & 4ths, and if I can flip him for a 1st, then he's easily one of my favorite RBs in the draft. I did the same thing with all my copies of Alfred Morris. Hell, I did it with Darren Reaves (who?) as well.

Wilkins also the same color as Penny & Chubb, meaning I gave him in the same ranking. I think Penny will be given all the opportunity in the world to succeed... he just won't. I like Chubb, but not as a PPR back, and in a shared position for 2018.

Long term I think:

Barkley
Johnson
Michel
Freeman

Ballage
Chubb

Guice

Blue = Stud
Green = Starters
Red = Starters/Role Players
Orange = No Idea... Could Be Amazing, Could Be A Bust
Not Mentioned = Bust

For what it's worth, I'm pretty close to putting Ballage in the green section.
I know, but I don't agree, that's all. I think Penny is far superior, and Wilkins will be lucky to make the Colts roster. I personally think Penny is one of the better backs in this class, as is Chubb, and Wilkins is not even worth being mentioned in the same vein as them, as there is nothing about his bio that suggest he's even in the same stratosphere of talent as those two, that's all. If you get this right, all the power to you.
I'd like my kudos, now.
Not a bad list and I like ham very close this but ballade and Freeman are jags nothing g special about them decent talent by replaceable

Chubb's biggest knock is that he got hurt as a freshman and hasn't looked the same since (despite consistent improvement each year). If we just assigned a different name to Chubb the prospect this offseason, he instantly gets a lot more respect. I really liked what I saw this week and have no concerns about him producing once he is given the reigns in Cleveland.
Well, as a freshman he took over for Todd Gurley and looked better than Gurley, who is now considered the top RB to own in dynasty. Chubb got hurt his softmore year. Somehow he worked his way back to playing in his Junior year. As a Senior he looked like he was bouncing back, but not quite there yet. He was also competing with a legit first round RB prospect in Michel.

Chubb has had a better yards per carry average than Hyde in every game this year. And he showed why he’s a stud with not one, but two long TD runs where he was breaking tackles at the line of scrimmage, making people miss in the open field and outrunning safeties.

I was sold on Chubb being the #3 RB in this class and I’m happy I drafted him at 3 when given the chance.

You're right, I keep mistaking that he got hurt as a freshman, but it was his sophomore year. Either way, I think that's been his main knock.

I haven't been able to see Hines play. Is he really that impressive? Who would you compare his play style to?

Hes decent. Not like I put him up with anyone spectacular. I think he fits in the KJ and Royce tier. Getting some work but not the starting gig.

Was a good runner in his last year at NC State. Ran track as well. Posted fastest RB 40 time in the combine (2018).

Think hes a good pass catcher, great for PPR. His knock was fumbles in the preseason but I havent seen anything since. Hes also short at 5'8 or 5'9 but weve seen that not matter for some 3rd down backs

I don't see how people still have KJ ranked so low compared to guys who are injured or not getting much playing time. After dominating the SEC during his senior year he's now averaging 5.7 YPC through his first five NFL games. He was my second-favorite RB behind Barkley before the season and has done nothing so far to lower his long-term outlook.

His short-term success will depend upon his coach figuring out that he needs the ball more, but the talent is clearly there and on display.
