Feed back on playoff schedule
Wondering if there is opinion on the benefits of holding playoffs weeks 13,14, and having championship week 15 rather than what I've experienced as the norm 14,15,16. I'm in 6 total dynasty leagues. 5/6 of my leagues go 14-16. Added one startup this fall. Guy that's commish is new to commissionership duties and this is how he set it up. Thoughts?

I don't think it matters as long as you avoid week 17 entirely.
If you can't leave at least a 20% tip, you can't afford to eat out.

I play in a league that has 12 teams, 3 divisions, with 6 playoff teams, with 3 divisional winners +#4 and #5 + the team that is the point winner that didn't qualify for 1-5. Teams #1 and #2 get a bye in week 15, and they play the week 15 winners in week 16, with the championship in week 17. We did it this way when we went to 6 playoff teams instead of 4, while still having each team play each of their divisional teams twice, and play each of the non-divisional teams in weeks 4-11. In order to do that, we had to have a 14 week regular season schedule.

Through 2015, my main league which I commission, we held the bowl in week 15 for the first 9 seasons of it’s existence. We just wanted to be extra safe to avoid players resting in week 16 even. Then the NFL dropped that week 13 bye one year so we added the extra regular season week and played the bowl in week 16 and decided to keep it that way going forward.
I would hate to see players resting during a bowl game so I totally understand playing it extra safe with a week 15 championship.
