10-3, 2nd overall in scoring, 14 team league, 1 pt PPR, IDP. Lost the #1 seed the final week of regulation after not starting Alex Smith who goes on for 52 pts (started Mariota instead put up 21pts ). Okay, that's fine. I miss the opportunity for a bye. This past Sunday I faced the #6 team who is 8-5. I lose by 9 pts after Alex Smith doesn't throw a touchdown and Jimmy Graham doesnt make a catch for the first time since 2014. What makes it awful is I still could of won but thanks to Brandon Graham's TD at the end of the game, he got 8 pts, and then my opposition's #47 ranked LB had his best game ever an gets him 12 pts. Urgh. So frustrating, especially having Luck and Edelman on IR all season, and having Calvin Johnson retire so young, I was so proud my team's make-up could still compete. Sigh. Was hoping to finally win it this year despite injuries.

First year in an extremely competitive keep 2 auction league with brutal scoring. 49 yards = 1 point. 50 = 3. Doesn't even out until after 100 yards. Also, Rushing and Receiving yards are computed separately. QBs don't even get a point until 200 yards. Though TDs can be up to 10 points depending on distance.

Anyway, I had a pretty decent draft this year with Wentz, Zeke, Hunt, Ertz, and Shazier KILLING it in IDP. Squeak into the playoffs last week (4 teams make it) while losing Wentz, but the wire is over the Wed BEFORE week 14, so I'm SOL and have to ride with Mariota running that high school offense against Big Ben. My opponent also has L. Bell and Kelce. If I could replace Wentz with anybody on the wire, I might find a way, but as it stands, he scored -1 last week in this league and -3 in another. I'm doomed.

Thankfully I made up for it by killing it this year in the multiple survivor pools we've had since nobody can stay alive for more than 4 weeks at a time. And the year's bad beat is worth $50, which I took home after putting up 135 and losing by one point in a league where 100 is a GREAT week.

Grateful for this thread as I can see just how good I have it. Also, helpful since I'm starting a league where the last 2 playoff spots will be decided on points, prevent some of this needless misery.

In my second league I'm 2nd in points scored but didn't make playoffs because it's a 12 team league and only 4 teams make playoffs. I lost 4 games by 5 or less points and two of them I lost by less than a point. so far I have scored enough to win the next playoff matchup, so I'd likely be in the championship next week.

yup i went 11-3 as well and got bounced with gurley engram and Cam all playing well, got screwed by AB injury as well as horrid days by Tate, Julio, and Gordon....oh and D henry was trash (mixon out)

had Shepard and Evans (i know dont bench studs but man was he bad lately) on my bench.

Someone in my league just got screwed by stat corrections. He was up by 2 points after the Monday night game. Then stat corrections come out this morning and he lost 4 points from CJ Mosley (IDP league) now he lost the week by 2 points.

Still trying to get over losing in the semis.
After finishing in last place last year, I re-tooled and finished as the #1 seed this year. I had to endure plenty this year, lost OBJ, Rodgers, Eifert, and Sammy showing up on a milk carton.

Ended up losing by 2 points, I just needed one of these many things to happen:
4 TD's overturned- 2 by M. Thomas, Jag D, Hunt- thought 2 to 3 of these were the wrong call
Ju Ju- running down the field with multiple Pats not interested in tackling him
Lee, Graham, Funchess combine for 3.90 points. Fournette out week 15 so I plugged in Lee, if not injured should have got the points that Cole got.
The Bryant blocked field goal. After all the other issues that FG on Monday night would have given me the win

In both my leagues I got screwed over by my own players in week 15. No need to name names, they know who they are. Some of them reside in the Seattle area.

Our opponents were simply more up for it. Gurley, Ingram, Kamara, Evans, Sean Lee, Melvin Ingram. Hell, even Nick Foles wanted it more than Brady or Wilson.

Nothing major, like losing by .05 or something but I lost due to Jordy Nelson....seemed like a perfect storm with Rodgers coming back and saying he wanted to feed Nelson, I almost picked up and started Cobb just as a hunch but rode with my 1st Rd Redraft pick. What a ******* bust he has been, good grief.

Now the team that beat me (due to Gurley) is going to get blown out in the finals. Already had 3 players play for a whopping 15 points, full PPR

#3 seed going against a weak team. I lose by half a point because I made the decision to bench demaryius who had been a dud due to poor qb play for Kearse coming off back to back 100 yard games. If I won that game I would have been champion because week 14 and 15 my starters outproduced the remaining teams still left in the playoffs. The craziest thing is that all top seed teams lost to the lower seeded teams, which led to pretty disappointing championship.
