However hes still fighting for targets likely. Hes not the #1 guy, has injury issues and will have to compete with Djoku, the Cle RB and whoever else they add on offence.
This is the very time I would try to swoop in and take ownership...
Sure I’d try to pay a 2nd, but where the owner is holding firm, I’d still pay a late first. I know that’s not a majority view though.

Its not the majority view, but its the correct one.

Interesting... 1 pick I would have paid but I think I'd definitely prefer the pair of 2nds to Coleman. Not a terrible trade at all though... he does have talent.

Why is he worth a first?
Is Doctson too? Treadwell? Is Kevin White still worth a 1st then? I mean none of these guys have done anything. Sterling Shepard and Thomas after that not sure any WR from that class is worth much

I said that back on Dec 1, before he imploded for the last chunk of the season.

Before Dec 1, he had missed most of his 1.5-year career because of a pair of broken hands. In the games played, however, he had a couple blowup games. Worth getting excited about. Then, upon return and BEFORE my post, he had stat lines of:
5-53-1
1-9-0
6-80-0
3-64

In other words, very solid production given the QB play and Coleman's own inexperience. But yes, his disappearance at the end of 2017 was unsettling.

Agree with Lucky. I valued him as a mid-first from what I had seen. The end of season disappearing act wasn’t good and his value dropped on my board, but not a ton. Kizer locks onto his lead wr, and as soon as it was Gordon, Coleman was largely forgotten.
Bottom line, Coleman was incredibly productive in college, and has the measurables to produce. He has elite athleticism. He DID produce in the NFL in limited action and has mostly been injured. In his longest healthy stretch (I think?) he was competing with Gordon for Kizer targets. I still like the potential here with a better system and QB.

Justin Hardy was also very prolific in college...I can't seem to get anyone to pay a 1st for him though...

Jokes aside, Coleman has some nice measurables, but he is deficient in others that he needs to be any good.

I wouldn't give up any Top-20 pick for him, but I have said that since his Underwear Olympics showing.

He went for Kenyan Drake in one PPR I am in. 2RB 3WR no flex lineup.
Dynasty player since 2002.
I probably should have done something more productive with that time...
